This automatic liquid filling and capping machine is designed for filling and capping of large, robust liquid containers, such as gallon-type containers, jerrycans. This machine features two filling stations allowing simultaneous efficient filling of two containers. The number of filling stations can be augmented to align with the specific production volume demands. Following the filling process, capping is performed at a single station, such robust container like gallon-type containers and jerrycans requires specialized fixing means to ensure its stability while the cap is being torqued into place. Then the gripper picks up the cap from the cap feeder and securely torques it onto the container.
