Our automatic liquid filling machines are suitable for a variety of liquid products. The machine features multiple nozzles to allow for a quick and efficient filling of multiple containers at once. Empty containers are brought in by the main conveyor and stopped in the required positions by stoppers, which are adjustable to container size and quantity. Clamps are drawn out to steady the containers by centering their necks. Between filling cycles, a drip guard is extended to prevent any liquid from dripping from the nozzles onto the containers. The drip guard is removed when containers are ready for filling. The nozzles then lower into the containers and fill them with a precise volume of liquid. Liquid metering is performed with servo-controlled gear pumps, which are sized for application. Filled containers can now be transported for further processing.
Empty containers are transferred into positions by the main conveyor. While containers are moving, the drip guard is in its position above the container openings. When containers are ready for filling, the drip guard is retracted.
The nozzles simultaneously lower into the containers and start filling them.
The nozzles raise while filling the containers. Once the containers are filled with the set volume of liquid, the nozzles retract to their original position.
The drip guard extends over the filled containers to prevent any liquid from dripping onto the outside surface of the containers. Filled containers are transferred for further processing by the main conveyor.
