The machine can be designed to be adjustable for different pails, buckets or cans of different sizes and shapes. The label can be applied to an empty or full pail, to one side of the pail or to two sides, or around its entire circumference.

Buckets or pails are aligned before the labeling process. Their handles are brought into a position that does not interfere during labeling. The special handle guides or the lifting mechanism can be used to orient the handles to the desired position.

In this labeling machine vacuum belt is used for the precise application of labels. The vacuum belt transfers the label to the point of application and helps to adhere it to the product with high accuracy.

The position of the labeling applicator can be adjusted in horizontal, vertical and angular positions, allowing adjustment of the mutual position between the pail to be labeled and the labeling applicator.

The optional printer for printing date and batch number on labels can be integrated into the labeling machine.

The pails can be fed into the labeling machine in a single line after being separated from the stack with the help of pail destacker.

The optional lid labeler can be integrated into the pail labeling machine or located on any other production line section.
