This filling machine has two filling stations. At the first filling station, the pail is filled to a level below that required and then at the second station, it is accurately filled to the desired level according to the signals of the digital scale system.

The pails are transferred by roller conveyor to the filling station. The pail in a stack can be previously separated from the stack with the help of pail destacker.
There are two filling stations on the pail filler with a digital scale system. At the first filling station, the bucket is pre-filled below the expected level.
At the second filling station, the pail is precisely filled to the required level according to the signals of the digital scale system. Then the filled pail is transferred for further processing.
