Machine Details

This Automatic Liquid Filling & Capping Machine is built to handle specialty rectangular flask-type containers with friction-weld plugs. The narrow flasks are metered with a gated separator system and aligned for a linear displacement fork. This fork is a servo controlled quick-shift arrangement allowing to quickly displace containers between the metering station, the filling station and the capping station, virtually eliminating container transition and evacuation time. The filling station is equipped with gear-type pumps for viscous product handling. The capping station is equipped with a dedicated cap feeding system cap distribution system followed by cap insertion and rotation system for friction weld seal.
