This Robotic Drum Filling Machine is a heavy duty filler, which is built to perform automatic nozzle alignment and liquid dispensing into drums, kegs and barrels. The nozzle is handled with a collaborative robot which is equipped with a vision system, allowing recognition and position identification of the drum entry port, followed by nozzle presentation and liquid dispensing process. The machine is equipped with DGT heavy duty pallet handling conveyors which supply and evacuate pallets with drums to/from the machine.
