DGT Solutions box forming machines convert flat corrugated blanks into erected cases ready for product loading. Vacuum cups pick blanks from a magazine, open each case and transfer it through bottom-flap folding and sealing using adhesive tape or hot-melt glue.
Automatic and semi-automatic configurations accommodate different case formats, production requirements and available floor space. Designed for straightforward size adjustments, these machines can operate independently or integrate with case packing and cartoning systems.
Case forming, flap folding and sealing are arranged around the case format and packaging line.

Flat corrugated blanks are stored in a magazine and supplied to the forming cycle. The magazine can be replenished while the machine operates, with an extension available for increased capacity.
Vacuum cups remove a blank from the magazine and open it into a case. The opened case is then transferred toward the flap-folding unit.
The case moves through the folding unit, where its bottom flaps are closed before sealing. Format adjustments accommodate different case sizes.

Tape or hot-melt equipment secures the case base. The formed case is then ready for product loading, either as part of a separate operation or an integrated cartoning or case-packing line.
